Applications must be received and completed prior to the last Monday of the month for consideration at the following month's League Board meeting.

Please secure either two letters of recommendation from your LPTW sponsors, who know you and your work, or, if you only know one LPTW member, you may send in one letter from her and two additional letters from recognized industry professionals.
